4-3-3: Man United predicted XI as Pogba, Martial & De Gea all to start vs West Ham

Manchester United Football Club are two games away from Champions League football. Two draws, so effectively two points will do it. However, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will want three points tomorrow night. It’s time for our predicted Man United XI vs West Ham…

What more fitting way to effectively seal a top-four spot by beating David Moyes, hey? If the 20-time Premier League champions can win this one comfortably, we’re talking five, six-nil, then it will all-but end Leicester City’s chances at finishing above us this term.

Obviously, that’s going to be a tough ask, so we’ll just settle for the three points by any means necessary. This team had been on an impressive nineteen-game unbeaten run stretching back to January before Sunday’s FA Cup semi-final loss. Now, it’s about getting a reaction.

That dressing room won’t want to undo all their good work at this late-stage. Solskjaer will get his players motivated enough and I reckon he’ll go as strong as possible here…

Predicted Man United XI vs West Ham home (19/20)

Yes, David de Gea will keep his place. If it were my choice, I’d go for Sergio Romero, but I reckon the Baby Faced Assassin will keep the faith in his number one.

Harry Maguire and Victor Lindelof have come under fire recently, some of it deserved. However, with a nasty-looking injury being suffered by Eric Bailly on Sunday, this is the only viable option. Aaron Wan-Bissaka offers defensively solidity over on the right, while Brandon Williams should keep his place in the team at left-back. I’d be surprised if Luke Shaw overcomes his injury in time. He’ll sit this one out.

Nemanja Matic will sit at the midfield’s base. We’re going to need a monster performance from him here. Paul Pogba was pretty poor in the second 45 vs Chelsea. We need to see a reaction from La Pioche. As for Bruno Fernandes, he was always going to play.

Anthony Martial should be feeling well-rested so we should see him at his best here. Marcus Rashford will play from off the left while Mason Greenwood gets the nod from the right-hand side.

Again, there’s plenty of quality on the bench should the Baby Faced Assassin need it. I’m hoping we have more than enough in the XI to get the job done, though.
