Day-in-day-out, we’ve been covering the Jadon Sancho saga extremely keenly. After all, it’s probably the most hyped-up deal going into what is a crucial summer transfer window for Manchester United.
The Red Devils haven’t had that elite right-winger in years. Sancho would undoubtedly fill that void, though the Englishman definitely won’t come cheap.
With that said, to me, it feels like all the signals are pointing towards a Reds switch for the Borussia Dortmund hot-shot. Now, another journalist has given us his opinion on that.
Julen Laurens, who works for ESPN, has explained that there’s a ‘very big possibility’ the superstar attacker could join United this summer…
“I don’t think it’s done already, obviously, but I think it’s a very big possibility he will end up at Old Trafford in the summer, whenever the transfer window opens.”
Again, this is another reliable journalist pushing this transfer story, which further leads me to believe there’s some truth in it.
It’s just too much of a coincidence that every top reporter is linking Sancho to United. ESPN’s writers have been at the forefront of this one and this is another positive update for Sancho fans.
Yes, he’s probably going to cost £100million, maybe more, but we’re talking about someone who fits the mould of Manchester United, who fits the mould of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. To me, it seems like a no-brainer, and a deal that could well push United back into contention. Honestly, what’s not to like…?
