United are back in business after sacking Jose Mourinho and appointing Ole Gunnar Solskjaer until the end of the season.
Under the Norwegian, the Red Devils have won 10 of their 11 matches – picking up 25 out of 27 points.
It has led to serious calls for Solskjaer to be handed the full-time position and confidence is high at Old Trafford.
So much so, that the mood towards PSG has distinctly changed with United in full force.
With Mourinho at the helm, fans were pessimistic at best about their chances against the Ligue 1 champions.
But morale is high at the Theatre of Dreams, with players responding to Solskjaer’s management brilliantly.
One star who has upped his game in Mourinho’s absence is Martial, who was in fine form against Fulham with a goal.
And De Gea has revealed that there simply is no-one better in one-on-one situations than the Frenchman.
The shot-stopper told Telefoot: “Honestly, we have a team that could win something, with young players who are very ambitious like Paul, who is young but has a lot of experience and is fundamental for us.
“There is also Martial who is unstoppable at the moment in one-on-ones.
“He is fundamental for our team. We will fight to go all the way to final but first we must eliminate PSG. Then, we will see.
“It will be an intense Round of 16 match, a great match to play, very special, against a very good team that has exceptional individuals, amongst some of the best at the moment.
“They are the favourites but we will be very motivated. We all really want to play in this special match and win it.”
United host PSG at Old Trafford on Tuesday night in the first leg of the Champions League.
