Manchester United Football Club have been in good form since the arrival of Bruno Fernandes. That left fans wondering ‘what if?’ in regards to a potential Paul Pogba link up.

Well, Red Devils supporters may be about to see that wish come to fruition – and they can thank the coronavirus for that… With football postponed, it has allowed our injured contingent an extra few weeks (at least) to get themselves back into footballing shape.

As we all know, Pogba has spent far too much time in the treatment room recently, though there has been some good news on that front.

United have been handed a big injury boost, with the key star Pogba ready to return as soon as football resumes, the Evening Standard report.

Throughout this whole saga, I’ve been Pogba’s biggest critic. The midfielder hasn’t conducted himself great whatsoever, and it all stems from last summer, when the Frenchman publicly admitted he was seeking a new challenge.

However, one thing that remains undeniable is Pogba’s talent. The lad is an absolutely world-class footballer. Him in a team with Bruno Fernandes, a fully fit and firing Marcus Rashford is a pretty special thought.

When will football resume? Nobody knows. However, you’d hope that United’s momentum and morale will only increase when Pogba returns. You look at that fixture list and you’re hopeful that United can force their way into the Premier League’s top four, while going hard in both the FA Cup and Europa League competitions.
