That is according to ESPN FC pundit and former Major League Soccer star Alejandro Moreno, who believes the French giants will be “very worried” by the £89m midfielder.
Manchester United host PSG in the first leg of their Champions League last-16 tie.
The visitors are missing several key players through injury including Neymar, Thomas Meunier and Edinson Cavani.
Pogba is likely to come up against Marquinhos in midfield because PSG boss Thomas Tuchel has used the centre-back further forward.
And Moreno is convinced Pogba will come out on top in the engine room battle.
“[PSG will be] very worried,” he said.
“You look at that midfield and I don’t care what Marquinhos has done or hasn’t done.
“I look at that player in the midfield, if I’m playing against him and I’m Paul Pogba and it’s a match up between me and Marquinhos, I’m liking Paul Pogba. As simple as that.”
Moreno also believes Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s other attacking threats will cause major problems for PSG.
He added: “And then you look at other match ups as well all over the field when you project against Manchester United.
“The speed they have through transition with [Anthony] Martial, with Marcus Rashford.
“Their ability to get out of the midfield with Paul Pogba, with Jesse Lingard.
“Which one out of those guys out of the midfield tracks back for PSG naturally? Who’s actually the guy that’s going to win balls back?
“Is [Julian] Draxler going to track back? Is he going to be the guy who provides you some presence defensively?
“Is [Angel] Di Maria going to do that job? No chance.
“When I see that [predicted PSG line up] and I’m Manchester United, I like what I see.
“I like what I see and I can expose that team whereas a month and a half ago I would have said ‘man, we’re in trouble’.”
