The United midfielder was in top form once again last night as the Red Devils knocked Arsenal out of the FA Cup.
Alexis Sanchez, Jesse Lingard and Anthony Martial all scored at the Emirates to give Ole Gunnar Solskjaer his eighth win in a row.
Pogba has been in top form since the dismissal of Jose Mourinho.
The France international was one of many players that were reportedly unhappy with the regime in place under The Special One.
However, under Solskjaer Pogba looks rejuvenated, as does the likes of Martial, Rashford and Victor Lindelof.
But the former Juventus star has been called out by former Nottingham Forest and West Ham star Trevor Francis, who had some strange criticism for the Frenchman.
He claimed that Pogba is not the kind of player that could win trophies with United, despite an already glistening honours list.
Francis said: “Pogba, for me, will never ever give you the opportunity of winning trophies or championships because I think he’s a luxury player.”
“He’s not a Mourinho player.”
Among Pogba’s trophies include the World Cup, four Serie A titles and the Under-20 World Cup.
And even at United he has won the FA Cup and the Europa League.
Solskjaer would disagree with Francis and has insisted the 25-year-old is a natural leader.
“I know the boy from before and he is a leader,” he said.
“He influences people. He cares and really wants to be successful.
“Paul’s a larger than life character, that is just the way he is.”
