Manchester United Football Club have been struggling since Sir Alex Ferguson decided to call it quits. However, one area they have been good is in between the sticks.

Then you have Sergio Romero, who is an elite-level back-up. The new kid on the block, Dean Henderson, is tearing it up with Sheffield United this team. Many United fans (myself included) believe his time is now.
The Englishman Henderson actually only signed a new deal last summer, but it seems as though the budding #1 is about to be further rewarded for his splendid form. That’s according to the Sun on Sunday, who say a new deal is on the table, to try and keep him away from Chelsea’s clutches, who are interested.
The 23-year-old’s new proposed terms would be his fourth Reds contract worth £100k-a-week. It’s all a bit bizarre as he’s actually never started a senior game for the club…
At the end of the day, United need to protect their asset. The Reds see him as their number one, while Chelsea would be prepared to bid up to £50million to sign Henderson.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has a huge decision to make. Does he stick with what he knows or twist and give Henderson his chance? I’ve been vocal in my belief that the latter is the best option, though I definitely don’t envy that choice…
