Manchester United Football club haven’t taken to the field in over two months. It’s fair to say we’re all missing our Red Devils at this point.
However, postponing games was definitely the correct option given everything that’s happening in the world right now. There’s nothing more important than human life.
Well this week, it was confirmed that training could resume, under certain restrictions while keeping socially distanced, of course.
The first batch of Reds returned to the AON Training complex yesterday. Amongst them? Paul Pogba.
Thanks to the official United Twitter feed for giving us all our craving of training shots, and it was great to see Pogba back in training for the first time since an injury which has completely derailed his 2020/21 campaign…
It has been a stop-start term for the Frenchman, though the cynic in me believes that he’s not giving his absolute all as he still wants to leave Old Trafford.
However, if this injury was/is genuine, this long-term break will have done his body the world of good. Yes, it’ll take him some time to get back up to speed once the action starts again, but it’s going to be excellent having a player of his calibre available again.
Now all we’re waiting for is snaps of Pogba with Bruno Fernandes…
