The first leg of the Manchester United Football Club pre-season tour is over, with the Red Devils now in Singapore for the beginning of the International Champions Cup.
After two wins over in Perth, the 20-time Premier League winners will be keen to continue the good form – although the quality of opposition will drastically increased.
United’s first game in Singapore comes against Inter Milan this Saturday. No doubt Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will be putting his players through their paces in training tomorrow ahead of the match against the Serie A giants.
Before that, though, enjoy some photos of the lads arriving at the Singapore airport, courtesy of United’s official Twitter feed…
Amongst those players getting off the plane was Axel Tuanzebe, who’ll we’ll be hoping to see more of, while Eric Bailly, Luke Shaw, Chris Smalling and Mason Greenwood was also spotted.
Manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer looked in good spirits, too, getting a warm welcome from the passionate fans who flocked to the airport in their droves to see the players for the first time.
Photos like these just remind you that United is a global club. They’ve got fans from all over the world, and everywhere they go these players constantly get a heroes welcome. It truly is wonderful to see.
