Neymar is said to have made it clear to PSG he wants out of the French capital.
The Brazilian became the world’s most expensive player when he completed his £198m switch from Barcelona to PSG in the summer of 2017.
But the forward has struggled to adapt to life in France and is now seeking a new challenge.
However, PSG are determined to keep hold of him and will only sell if they receive an offer similar to what they splashed to sign him.
A Spanish publication OK Diario has assessed the major clubs’ chances of signing the Brazil star and it seems it’s good news for Liverpool and Real Madrid.
They claim both sides have the financial capability to pull off a stunning switch and the Reds would not have to let go of players in order to sign Neymar.
Jurgen Klopp has a wealth of attacking talent at his disposal – Sadio Mane, Roberto Firmino and Mohamed Salah – but they would not need to be sold to land the 27-year-old.
Despite it being unlikely the Reds will break the bank for Neymar, Real could well continue to splash the cash on new signings.

Having signed Eden Hazard in a £130m deal already, Los Blancos have shown they mean business and are not afraid to pay big for the world’s top talent.
They also have a host of valuable assets that could help them raise the cash with the likes of Gareth Bale, James Rodriguez and Dani Ceballos all up for sale.
A return to the Nou Camp has been mooted but the publication say Barcelona’s chances of re-signing Neymar are ‘impossible’.
Manchester United have been linked with a move for Neymar in the past and Spanish reports suggest they could only acquire Neymar if they cash in on Paul Pogba.
The Red Devils want £150m for the wantaway Frenchman and that kind of fee would help finance a move for the former Santos man.
As for Manchester City, the club’s plan to fork out at least £80m for Leicester defender Harry Maguire would make a move for Neymar impossible.
Pep Guardiola’s priority is improving his defence following Vincent Kompany’s departure and the chance to bring Neymar to the Etihad is not being considered.
The report states Bayern Munich and Juventus would also need to sell players if they are to offer Neymar a way out of the Parc des Princes.
