Man Utd star Paul Pogba casts doubt over future by revealing worrying Real Madrid ‘dream’

The midfielder was heavily linked with an Old Trafford exit earlier on this season after falling out with Jose Mourinho.

But the Portuguese was sacked in December and was replaced by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, who has masterminded a remarkable turnaround at United.

Pogba has scored nine goals and provided seven assists since the Norwegian’s arrival and looks happier than ever in a Manchester United shirt.

However, his upturn in form could see him targeted if Real undergo a summer spending spree in order to bounce back from a miserable campaign.

And the World Cup winner admits it would be a dream come true to join the La Liga giants.

Real Madrid is a dream club for everyone and there is Zidane who is the coach, it’s a dream for any football player,” he said.

“But I’m happy in Manchester. I play there now but we’ll see what will happen in the future.”

Pogba’s revelation comes amid news that:

“Real Madrid is a dream club for everyone.”

Pogba has been a huge factor in United’s turnaround since Mourinho was sacked.

And he’s taken a swipe at his former boss, suggesting the club is happier under Solskjaer.

“He’s a really, really happy coach that has given the confidence back to the players,” he added.

“He has given us the freedom to play and enjoy our football again.

“Maybe we lost that with the results we had before.

“He has just told us to enjoy playing football again, because when you don’t, there is no point playing.

“So enjoy doing what you love.

“When a player is happy he wants to keep being happy – and he has a great relationship with all the players.”
